Four Oaks Care Services LLC is located in Greensboro, NC. We provide a Mix of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Four Oaks Care Services LLC provides Substance abuse treatment in Outpatient settings. People with co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders. Clients referred from the court/judicial system are supported at Four oaks Care Services.

We accept most Insurance plan -Medicaid, Medicare, Private health insurance, Military insurance (e.g., TRICARE), Cash or self-payment, Sliding fee scale (fee is based on income and other factors) are all accepted by Four Oaks Care Services.
